MS Teams web app unable to request permissions for notifications or microphone access

I believe this is the case.

When setting up MS Teams as a Quick Web App, I get the following message:

It seems Teams is requesting the microphone access but is unable to.

Also, Teams is requesting to send notifications but also is unable to get the request.
