Add Contact Page with Basic Form and Navigation Link

1. Create a New Contact Page:
   I will design and build a new Contact page for the website that includes:
   A simple and clean form with input fields for name, email, subject, and message.
   A submit button which for now may log form data to the console or remain unconnected (until backend/email functionality is set up).

2. Responsive Layout:
   The page layout and form will be made responsive to ensure it works well on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

3. Basic Styling:
   I will use consistent styling with the rest of the website to make sure the Contact page looks clean, user-friendly, and on-brand.

This is how i am thinking of implementing the Contact Page
if it is okay with you I shall proceed

and I am not familiar with Backend technology so I wont be able to implement the backend part of it
all though i can implement it using Email.js if you would want that, i will be happy to implement that

You can proceed with the following contact page and yeah if you could implement the contact us page by email.js then do it. I will reassign the level 3 for this if you also added the email.js and i will get notified for the all persons who fills this contact form . @503BINGPOT
