Add a topological ordering stage to CanonicalViewTask.

Use case

Most wallet applications would like to present an ordered view of transactions to it's users.

I didn't see this before finishing #2038 review. There is a use case where the topological order would be harmful? There is any benefit in introducing any other conditions to the sorting besides the parent -> descendant relation? This follows up from considering if the ordering stage should land on CanonicalViewTask or in CanonicalView.
