Change the way user choose profit management and currency

* on top there is checkbox "autoswitch". If it checked then all buttons switching user configs disabled.
* user choose any of available configuration group (if available)

* each tab shall be separate view-command. That's right(?)
* how user will see transition to autoconvert strategy?
* may be disable algos shall be configurable from here instead of settings (?)
