Split out of the #148 niche grab-bag.

AMT 11+ exposes a per-application storage area via the /amt-storage/ REST endpoint plus AMT_ThirdPartyDataStorageAdministrationService / AMT_ThirdPartyDataStorageService WSMAN classes.

Hierarchical browser: Vendor → Application → Files. Each file: name, size, optional link text, MIME type. Upload / download / delete.

Needs a new transport layer (raw HTTP against /amt-storage/ rather than WSMAN) — uncommon enough that this should wait until there's demand.
