Tracking issue for executing docs/business-plan.md (branch claude/app-business-gtm-strategy-8mre5k). Sequence follows the 90-day action plan (§10).

Decision (July 2026): the agent integration ships as an Agent Skill, not an MCP server — we will not build MCP. #194 was rewritten accordingly and absorbed #195 (closed as duplicate).
