when analyzing the source of https://github.com/otter-sec/anchor (just an example) without options I get 17 files flagged as suspicious without explanation for a total of 17 lines of useful output. However they are drowned into 5274 lines of output, most of them about not fetching stuff because it is cached. Would you consider adding a terse output format with only findings listed? current signal to noise ratio could be improved.
