Folder background color suddenly changed

Just noticed this a couple days ago. The background color on Windows Terminal for Ubuntu changed yet the theme itself didn't.

With Ubuntu theme:

Without Ubuntu theme:

Last week the folder background color were being applied correctly (same background color of the Ubuntu theme). Any ideas?
