If you use the reinstall all flows option in the maintenance menu and the start of a specific flow leads to an error for some reason, this flow needs to be excluded from the cache. If this flow stays in the cache, it will cause an issue in case of a restart of the backend.
I expect that the flow got a failure status, so that I can spot it in the flow manager overview and I can work to improve the flow.
