Metis saves results only at the end of the review.
Sometimes metis hangs, or there might be problems with a pipeline - and it exists. All without saving any results.
That's wasted time and tokens (=money).
It would be great to save results in progress. So even if something goes wrong - it wouldn't all go to waste.
Then this results file could be used a resume file: all files - reviewed files = remaining files
It would allow to resume scanning without reviewing the same files all over again - only scan the remaining.
