Move to `BPF_LINK_CREATE` instead of attaching

Take a look at https://docs.ebpf.io/linux/syscall/BPF_LINK_CREATE/ since it seems that this is the new preferred way of attaching BPF programs to their locations within the kernel.

I've opened a PR to implement this change: #52

This PR updates the code to use BPF_LINK_CREATE for attaching BPF programs, moving away from the older attachment method in favor of the new preferred syscall. Let me know if you have any feedback!
