Client search is hardcoding 1 as legal form i think we need to extend search

What happened

Clients created with Entity is not searchable in main client list

Steps to reproduce

Go to Client
Create client with entity
it will not show but it will be searchable in Advanced Client search

Hey @Aman-Mittal, I looked into this and found that clients-list.component.ts is passing 1 as the legalForm to getClients(), which maps to person. This causes the main client list to exclude entity clients, while Advanced Search doesn't have this restriction.
My fix : I am thinking of removing the hardcoded legalForm so that both person and entity clients are included in the main list.

Before I proceed, could you confirm the expected behavior here? Should the list simply show "both person and entity clients by default", with no legal-form filtering, or is the intention to "extend the UI with a Legal Form filter" (Person / Entity / All) so users can choose what they want to see?
Once I know the expected behavior, I'll proceed with the appropriate change.
