Bugfix: form data loss when insert row fails

If you insert a row and it fails for any reason, you have to input all the data again which is a pain. The dialog should re-appear with the previous data if the insert fails.

To be honest I think a better UI would be to allow adding another row directly in the table view.

I will fix the dialog so it reopens with the previous values and shows the error there.

I agree that adding rows directly in the table would be nicer. As far as I understand, GTK's ColumnView does not currently provide a native editable-row flow, and handling inserts, defaults, NULL values and database errors reliably would need some separate work.

I would prefer to improve the current insert flow first and keep inline row creation in mind for the future.
