Console v0.1.287: can't send the manifest - TypeError: Failed to fetch / sendManifest

Have re-tried sending the manifest using Update Deployment button, got the same error:

Have then tried deploying the same SDL (the Tetris one, default params) to Europlots, it worked with no issues.

And with provider.hurricane.akash.pub again:

No issues deploying it to the Hurricane provider with the provider-services CLI.

Based on the logs from the Hurricane provider the manifest has never been received (no manifest received entry log).
