Cert pre-flight check is flaky #107

Description

@shimpa1

The title might be a bit misleading but here's what's happening;

I want to deploy a Kava validator (for purposes of making a video). There's a Keplr wallet available with enough funds, both AKT and KAVA.

  • I can connect the wallet and create the initial certificate.
  • I can also browse the SDLs and Create the deployment.
  • The pre-flight check is all green
  • The list of providers with their respective bids is visible.
  • The bid acceptance works.
  • After the bid has been selected and the transaction confirmed in the Keplr wallet, the console does not accept the certificate anymore and instead insists on creating a new one.
  • The manifest does not get uploaded because the certificate is not valid, even though the certificate actually reports as valid in the settings page.
  • Creating a new certificate does not fix the problem
