Add wallet connection UI with address display, copy action, and disconnect flow

Summary

The current wallet integration exposes a connect button with no follow-up UI once connected. Users have no way to view their connected address, copy it, or disconnect without refreshing. A proper connection UI should handle all three post-connect states.

Scope

• Show a truncated wallet address in the header once connected (first 4 + last 4 characters)
• Clicking the address opens a small popover/dropdown with: the full address, a copy-to-clipboard button, and a disconnect button
• Copy action writes the full address to the clipboard and shows a brief Copied confirmation
• Disconnect clears the wallet state and returns to the unconnected UI
• Popover closes on outside click or Escape key

Acceptance Criteria

• Connected address visible in header (truncated)
• Popover shows full address, copy button, and disconnect button
• Copy writes full address and shows brief confirmation
• Disconnect clears wallet state and reverts to unconnected UI
• Popover closes on outside click and Escape
