iPadOS: No way of to add remote vault

Attempting to add a remote vault on the iPad, but there is no possible option to do so. I'm able to successfully add a remote vault on iPhone.

View in iOS -- note that I have a "Manage" button.

When I click the "Manage" button, I'm presented with the ability to add a new remote vault, which does not exist in iPadOS.

View in iPadOS; no option to manage, only to change the local vault location.

If I click the "Change", I'm simply presented with the folder picker.

Resolved and verified for inclusion in #15.

Root cause: the custom vault-management entry point in Settings was gated to phone-width layouts, so iPad only exposed the local-folder Change action. The prepared fix keeps the phone quick-switch UI and adds a compact Manage… action on iPad that opens the existing Vaults manager.

Verification: built and launched the compiled app on an iPad Pro 13-inch (M5) simulator running iPadOS 26.5. The native UI test completed Settings → Vault → Manage… and confirmed Add Remote Vault… was available (1 passed, 0 failed).

The code is prepared on the local branch for PR #15; commit and push remain pending the repository owner’s required approval.

Merged in #15 and verified in the compiled iPad app. ZenNotes iOS 1.9.5 (build 16) now exposes Settings → Vault → Manage… on compact-width iPads, which opens the remote-vault manager and its Add Remote Vault… action.
