Issue with limiting Custom Craft

What happened?

When I used a custom craft i learn there was the limit afterwards and redid my craft to learn that the limit does not work (im using a netherite sword with sharp6)

How can the bug be reproduced?

Try to set condition for limiting the craft

Expected Behaviour?

I expect that the limit for custom crafting wont work
