Geospatial analysis using python Project includes scripts for folowing tasks:
- Determines the set of neighboring precincts for each precinct of specific state
- Maps census smallest entity -block to the corresponded precincts if block spans two precinct algorithm chooses the precincts that have larger block coverage.
- Preprocessing of raw data
