I'm very happy to see this coming to fruition. I had previously built https://github.com/intreleng-research/unsc-dataset .
Getting data directly from the source is excellent!!
Could you consider this github issue as a feature request to also have data for the meetings and the discussions in it.
Doesn't need to be XML, just the texts.
The use-case is to be able and do data analysis on not just the resolutions, but also the meetings.
