Enable users to manually hide some specific nodes

When the results are displayed, users might want to manually hide certain nodes they find unnecessary or distracting, such as bots in the PyTorch repository. Could we add an option on the nodes to allow users to hide some specific nodes manually?

We plan to support the node removal feature, while also allowing users to revert to the previous state through an undo action.
