Mod makes any other non-modular weapons found in loot chests have no stats

Describe the bug
When having this mod installed, any weapon you find in a chest have all stats removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to find a chest with a weapon.
2. See the weapons have no stats at all

Expected behavior
Chest loot weapons should have weapon stats

I do have the Lootr mod enabled if that means anything.
Crafting Non-modular weapons work correctly
