[Feature Request] Item grouping: Labels, collapsible categories, and quick-copy buttons

I have been using the app on Windows and it is a solid foundation. However, as the scratchpad fills up, finding and managing text blocks becomes inefficient due to infinite scrolling. To fix this, I propose adding three native workflow improvements:

• Labels and Tags: Allowing users to tag individual snippets inline.
• Collapsible Categories: Grouping items by these labels into accordion menus to clean up the UI view.
• Quick-Copy Button: A small, hover-active button on the top-right of each card to copy text instantly without expanding or focusing the card.

If you have these features on your roadmap, let me know. If you do not have the time or interest to build them yourself right now, I can code the components and open a clean Pull Request to handle it. Let me know if you are open to reviewing the PR.

Hey, thanks for the detailed writeup — really appreciate the thought you put into this.

Quick update: we already added collapsible categories, so that part's covered. Labels/tags and the quick-copy button aren't done yet — I'm currently looking into how best to implement tagging, but heads up that this is a side project for me, not something I'm actively prioritizing, so progress will be slow.

That said, this started as a personal tool I made public, so I'm not really looking to take on outside contributions or manage PRs right now. If you want labels/quick-copy sooner, you're welcome to fork it and build it out in your own version.
