Implement predict_task2 for simplefba and yeast9

Can we figure out which datapoint from task2 dataset corresponds to which knockout and then use these knockouts to predict growth rates using the two models [simplefba](https://github.com/Tom-Ellis-Lab/growth-bench/blob/main/bench/models/simplefba/__init__.py) and [yeast9](https://github.com/Tom-Ellis-Lab/growth-bench/blob/main/bench/models/yeast9.py)?
