Scope

• Push notifications (Pushover, Telegram)
• Email alerts with images
• SMS critical alerts
• Configurable alert thresholds
• Alert acknowledgment and escalation

Acceptance criteria

• Pluggable notification channels with config-driven thresholds.
• Escalation/ack flow tested (existing tests/integration/test_alert_escalation.py as a base).
• No secrets committed; channel creds via config/env.
