jquery1.9.0 and jquery1.4.2

Based on the highlighted once': is it possible to have both version? I am very confused on this part, because if I remove one of them it will give messy result. or should I just leave this part?

That is a good find. I think we should have a single latest version everywhere. At this point of time, the latest is 1.11.1. Perhaps we can avoid using the google apis version and download a specific version of jquery and use it within our repo. Please check if you or @prerakjain can do this. @prerakjain - can you please fix it. once you fix it, you may need to check the entire site works correctly after moving to new jquery
