Dual Extruder Bug: Print will start with Right extruder if it was most recently loaded

Steps to reproduce:

• Snapmaker 2.0 A-series
• Dual Extruder
• Load filament in left extruder (optional)
• Load filament in right extruder (required), it is now the extruder lowered "in position"
• Send gcode that uses ONLY the left extruder
• Print will use ONLY the right extruder, since it is the one currently "in position"

Steps to correct:

• Load filament in left extruder
• Not gcode processes normally using left extruder

This test was used with Cura 5.1.0 and a model set to use Left extruder for print and skirt.
