animation works but the position of equipped weapons still on hip (want to set it on back)

how can I adjust the original equipped equipment position the only thing that gets wrong is the equipped weapons position. 
The animation for pulling out and sheath the weapon works. The position for(fav item) unequipped equipment is also work.
