testset.py request error for certain photos when trying to run on pegasus

When using testset.py, some photos, e.g., 0028 seem to run without error when left to run against unicorn, but not when requesting pegasus. However, 0027 doesn't give this problem against pegasus, so it doesn't seem to be a general problem?
