Rebinding menu flickers wildly and blocks input in Game Mode

Describe the bug

When accessing the rebinding menu for any emulated gamepad in Game Mode (tested on Bazzite), there is a chance for the menu to flicker rapidly and lock up any inputs of the device.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open OGUI sidebar via Guide+B and access the controller rebinding menu
2. Select any button to rebind
3. The rebinding menu has a chance to cause the issue

Expected behavior

It should not do that

Additional context

There have been reports on the Bazzite Discord in the Deck 44 Testing thread of other devices having the same issue, making this non-device specific.
