Expand unit and functional tests

Unit and Functional tests are currently just enough to be sure that pieces work as intended, however there is much room to improve or expand on these tests.

For example,

• include more transforms in tests
• larger request bodies in tests for evaluators that evaluate the body contents
• evaluator tests using Negate = true to ensure true is returned when no match (and false when there is a match)
• include common WAF bypass techniques in tests
• ConfigurationConfigProviderTests.GetConfig_ValidConfiguration_AllAbstractionsPropertiesAreSet needs to be fleshed out

Also consider automating tests with GoTestWAF and/or ZAP, though these may be more beneficial when managed rulesets (eg CRS) are implemented
