[Android] UnifiedPush registration times out when there are 2+ distributors installed

Describe the bug

When testing, I had 2 UP distributors installed - ntfy and sunup. When I tried to set one of them as the primary ditsirbutor, it'd try registering and timeout without producing any logs.

Reproduction

1. Install Sable, ntfy and sunup
2. Attempt to register with one of the distributors
3. Observe the issue
