As I was trying to follow the INSTALL.md I tried executing the command:
pip3 install -r requirements.txt
However pip gave me an error for the package python_lightning==1.6.4. Apparently since pip version 24.1 a certain description in the metadata of that package is not supported any more. Maybe one could add pip 24.0 as version requirement in the INSTALL.md.
(The standard in what I used was pip version 24.2)
