Tracking issue for stable releases of AEADs using `aead 0.6`

We recently saw a bunch of releases upgrading to aead 0.6 (#852, #853). But not all AEAD crates are there yet. #819 prompted for the release of aead 0.6 itself, but not the rest of the ecosystem in this crate. I found no info about if those crates have any blockers or are just waiting for someone to take the time to bump their version numbers, so I felt like some kind of tracking issue could help.

Currently shadowsocks/shadowsocks-crypto#25 is blocked on stable releases of aes-gcm-siv and ccm. Getting those released as stable, if they are ready, would help us.
