I hope you are well. I am an undergraduate student at the University of Bath working on a smart prosthetic project focused on tactile feedback and grasp stability using ML. I found your PoseIt dataset and found it very relevant to my work.
I am particularly interested in the Weiss gripper data, specifically the force, torque, gripper width, and time-series measurements. However, I noticed that the raw archives are very large, and I wanted to ask whether a smaller subset of the dataset might be available that would be suitable for small-scale machine learning experiments.
In particular, I would be very grateful to access a reduced subset such as 1–2 objects (rather than the full set of 26), and a small number of holding poses, to allow me to build a proof-of-concept model.
If a reduced or preprocessed version of the Weiss data could be shared, I would be extremely grateful for the opportunity to use it.
