Ver 2.7.2.60 - Unable to reprint file from any plate other than plate 1

If I try to reprint (using the Fluidd interface) a file that was sent from any plate other than plate 1 - the print fails with the messages below. Also, if I export the file and upload to the printer it will fail with the same error. Only plate 1 allows a file to be re-printed or exported and uploaded and printed (from the Fluidd interface)

The error msg in this picture shows 'shadow_native_plate_1' but it was actually plate 6 (renamed to 'bushings')

What type of printer is it? Perhaps you could contact the after-sales service.

It's a Q2. I'll contact support. Maybe it is a firmware issue based on the error that shows up in the Fluidd console. "!! 3MF processing error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/qidi/printer_data/.temp/shadow_native_plate_1.gcode'"
