Missing Water Flow settings on Saros 10R

I have a saros 10R (roborock.vacuum.a144) and normally put my bot on the 'gentle' water flow setting but it seems like this library goes from from low to medium but doesn't have the gentle option.

I'm not familiar with mappings on other bots, but on the Saros 10R it seems:
1-3: Slight
4-7: Low
8-12: Gentle
13-17: Medium
18-22: Moderate
23-27: High
28-30: Extreme

I have some additional testing from a Saros 10R (roborock.vacuum.a144) that may help diagnose this.

Environment

• Roborock Saros 10R
• Model: roborock.vacuum.a144
• Firmware: 02.50.56
• Home Assistant: 2026.8.3
• Official Roborock iOS app used to verify the resulting water-flow slider position

I can confirm the ranges originally reported in this issue:

1-3    Slight
4-7    Low
8-12   Gentle
13-17  Medium
18-22  Moderate
23-27  High
28-30  Extreme

I also captured commands generated by the official Roborock app.

The app uses:

set_water_box_custom_mode

The parameter appears to correspond directly to the 1-30 slider position with:

protocol_value = 220 + slider_position

Examples captured from the official app:

Position 1  (Slight):  params [221]
Position 5  (Low):     params [225]
Position 16 (Medium):  params [236]
Position 25 (High):    params [245]
Position 30 (Extreme): params [250]

The robot also reports DPS 124, but this does not appear to contain the actual 1-30 slider position. For example, I observed:

Low / position 5 / command 225       -> DPS 124 = 201
Medium / command 236                 -> DPS 124 = 202
High / position 25 / command 245     -> DPS 124 = 203
Extreme / position 30 / command 250  -> DPS 124 = 208

I then tested the native Home Assistant select entity:

select.saros_10r_mop_intensity

using select.select_option.

The resulting settings shown by the official Roborock iOS app were:

HA option "low"      -> Low, slider position 5
HA option "moderate" -> High, slider position 25
HA option "high"     -> Extreme, slider position 28

So this appears to be more than the missing gentle option. The existing discrete enum mapping is also selecting incorrect physical water-flow settings on the Saros 10R.

In particular:

"moderate" -> actual High
"high"     -> actual Extreme

The Saros 10R appears to expose a genuine 30-position custom water-flow control rather than just the legacy discrete intensity levels.

Based on the official-app traffic, supporting the 1-30 value directly through set_water_box_custom_mode may be the most accurate representation for this model.

I can provide additional protocol captures or test specific values if useful.

Follow-up: I tested the three additional representative values needed to cover all seven ranges.

Using vacuum.send_command with set_water_box_custom_mode, I directly tested:

230 -> slider position 10 -> Gentle
235 -> slider position 15 -> Medium
240 -> slider position 20 -> Moderate

These were verified in the official Roborock iOS app after each command.

Combined with the values already reported above, this gives a directly tested seven-point mapping:

221 -> position 1 -> Slight
225 -> position 5 -> Low
230 -> position 10 -> Gentle
235 -> position 15 -> Medium
240 -> position 20 -> Moderate
245 -> position 25 -> High
250 -> position 30 -> Extreme

I also looked at the implementation added by PR #777 (fix: correct mop intensity code for slider), which references home-assistant/core#164831.

The current WATER_SLIDE_MODE_MAPPING introduced there is:

221 -> slight
225 -> low
235 -> medium
245 -> moderate
248 -> high
250 -> extreme

Direct Saros 10R testing therefore shows that mapping does not correspond to the actual named ranges in the official app. In particular:

245 is High, not Moderate
248 is in the Extreme range, not High

It also omits Gentle and has no representative value in the actual Moderate range.

For a discrete seven-option representation of the official 30-position slider, the directly tested representative values would be:

221 Slight
225 Low
230 Gentle
235 Medium
240 Moderate
245 High
250 Extreme
