Boundary updates not recognizing when already current

Description

After manually updating the boundary data through the menu, repeating the operation the same version (47) is reported and offered as new.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto Waypoint>>Check for boundary data updates
2. Hit apply update.
3. Hit close
4. Then try doing it again: Goto Waypoint>>Check for boundary data updates

Expected Behavior

The expectation was a message saying already up to date.
