Allow streamer to send skeleton(s) data along with the rgbd information.
OpenNI / Prime Sense NiTE is dead, but still seems like the easiest option. Some pointers here:

This will be easier realised in the streamer using with the windows sdk.
Alternatively, this could be realised with a third module consuming the depth stream (or, nowadays, even the rgb stream).
