[Bug] Some recipes seems to duplicate

As the title states, some recipes appear to be duplicated. I'm currently running latest TMRV and EMI running a pseudo-altered version of FTB Evolution 1.39.

What's also funny is that the icon for the Crystal Fixer in the screenshot seems to be slightly large in the TMRV recipe (it's a bit hard to notice, but that stand out to me).
Also it seems that the recipe category is dupplicate (one points to extendedae:fixer while the other points to extendedae:crystal_fixer) despite only existing one machine (extendedae:crystal_fixer).

I had the same issue in v0.9.0.
I downgraded to v0.8.1 for a different reason and it worked fine.

Downgrade to v0.8.1 also worked for me
