In the last internet outage, I tested some approved mirrors from Ubuntu, Fedora and Debian's official mirror list and found out some of them where accessible from inside Iran.
I though it would be a great idea to add these mirrors (which are accessible from Iranian ISPs) to this list since they contain more content and there's a higher chance they are more up to date and reliable.
I've gathered a dynamic list of these mirrors (which worked at the last execution time) and I try to keep them up to date. You could also use that.
