Everything in the menu works, but the game registers no input (mouse, keyboard)

Hi, I'm on mac mini M4 Pro, last public version of the Mac OS (26.6.2 (25G83)), and I have just discovered this wonderful project.
I have linked the Windows installation of No One Lives Forever 2, the last modded version 1.4M and ran the game.

At first I wasn't able to map the keys (it said [unassigned] everywhere), later it worked, but still, while I can use the mouse and keyboard in the menu, I cannot do anything in the game - no mouse, no keyboard. Only the Escape key registers, so I can get into the menu and quit the game.

Is there an issue in the program, or am I doing something wrong?

Wonder if the issue is your use of a modded version? Does it work if you use the final official release (v 1.3)?

Interesting, that solved it, now I can play without problems, key mapping works great (only 4th and 5th mouse button does not, but that was the issue in CrossOver as well), and as it's in 16:9, some graphic elements seem a bit deformed, the rest is OK (compass etc.). The performance is great, much better than on CrossOver.

So the only issue seems to be the absurdly large font in the pre-mission briefing screens and in the information texts that show, what I got after looting dead/unconscious enemies and what I picked up anywhere in the game. And the crosshair is very small. It looks like this in both fullscreen and window. Can this be fixed?
