OpenProver currently supports Claude CLI and local OpenAI-compatible servers but it does not support OpenAI Codex CLI as a first-class backend.
It would be useful to run OpenProver with Codex directly, including explicit model selection such as gpt-5.4 or gpt-5.2, and to use Codex for both planner and worker roles.
