Suggestion: allow running the tool without installing

Having a good setup.py is good, and I appreciate the effort in properly packaging it.

However, sometimes it is easier to just download (or git clone) the sources and run them directly from the source directory, without any installation setup. Can you support that in xinput-gui? Thanks!
