Update problematic installation contact email addresses in "Crowdsourced information about Dataverse installations" spreadsheet and in data.json file

The following email addresses in the "Crowdsourced information about Dataverse installations" spreadsheet are unreachable and we should try to update them:

(Updates below are mostly from @pdurbin.)

• data@sciencespo.fr — 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

  • On May 2024, @pdurbin pinged @bappun and @rmo-cdsp try to update the contact email address for the data.sciencespo
  • I (@pdurbin) got the following error when I emailed data@sciencespo.fr - "Your message wasn't delivered to data@sciencespo.fr because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I found data.bib@sciencespo.fr at https://data.sciencespo.fr and was able to successfully add it to the security google group. I updated it in the spreadsheet then it git with a19a9b0 and let them know in https://help.hmdc.harvard.edu/Ticket/Display.html?id=421015

• consortia@papyrus-datos.com — DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of papyrus-datos.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: papyrus-datos.com

  • This is the error I (@pdurbin) get: "Your message wasn't delivered to consortia@papyrus-datos.com because the domain papyrus-datos.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again." I found a vanilla gmail address for them in Zulip ID 669523 which I was able to successfully add to the security google group. (I don't want to mention it publicly until I get the ok from them.) I canceled the invitation for the problematic address. • cifor-rdm-support@cgiar.org — 550 Invalid recipient

  • I (@pdurbin) got the following error: "550 Invalid recipient (Dataverse installations as a tabular file (CSV or TSV) #5.1.1). Your message wasn't delivered to cifor-rdm-support@cgiar.org because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I canceled the pending security group invitation.

  • I tried using the support form but I got a spinner (see below). Asking in https://help.hmdc.harvard.edu/Ticket/Display.html?id=421092

    

• a.rathore@cgiar.org — 550 Invalid recipient

  • When I (@pdurbin) tried to add this to the security group I got this error: "1 person can't be added directly to the group because the person is using a non-Google account. Please invite the person to the group instead." I tried emailing and also got 550 invalid so I removed it in f88872c. I also canceled the pending invitation from the security group.

• abacus.support@ubc.ca — 550 Address rejected

  • I (@pdurbin) am getting this error: "550 Dataverse installations as a tabular file (CSV or TSV) #5.1.0 Address rejected. Your message wasn't delivered to abacus.support@ubc.ca because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." Deleted pending invite to security group. I filled in the support form (screenshot below) because that's what they say to do at https://abacus-code.github.io/abacus_resources/en/guides/user/#helpsupport
