Augment build process to automatically push the dist/ dir to gh-pages branch for demos whenever we update master.

Using grunt-gh-pages plugin, or something like it.

I manually pushed to gh-pages on http://a-laughlin.github.io/oms-happathon as an example of how it should look once pushed. Just need to automate it. Basically the dist/ directory gets copied from master to gh-pages.
