There are two issues: one occurs when the {$WEAKPACKAGEUNIT} directive is present — it causes an error due to initialization/finalization. The other issue is that when we remove this directive and compile, {$WEAKPACKAGEUNIT} has no effect at all. There is no change in the colors. (Compiler D13)
