Terminal-Style Blog Workspace
Overview
The goal is to create a terminal-styled blog workspace where users can type and post content, giving the feeling of working directly in a terminal interface. The workspace design will be inspired by a standard blog post editor (as seen in the attached template image), but it will be styled to resemble a terminal. This design will fit the overall UX/UI of the site and complement the core idea of a retro-terminal-like blogging experience.
Inspiration Image
Below is the template image of a traditional blog workspace from Blogger, which will serve as the starting point for styling the terminal interface:

Key Design Points
-
Terminal Aesthetic: The editor should appear like a terminal interface. This includes a dark background, monospaced font, and green text on black background, mimicking classic terminal design that we have been following so far as seen in landing page.
-
Text Input Area: Create a text input area where users can write their blog post content. The text area will resemble a terminal window where they type commands.
-
Post Submission: The blog post submission button should feel like running a command or executing a script in the terminal. This could include animations like the "enter" key or terminal output, giving users feedback on the submission.
-
UI/UX Flow: Maintain the core functionality of a standard blog post editor while integrating this terminal-style interface. Keep it simple, intuitive, and sleek.
Tasks
- Design a terminal-themed editor for writing blog posts.
- Implement functionality for submitting the post with a "terminal execute" feel.
- Ensure responsive design for all screen sizes, with a focus on desktop experience.
- Provide user feedback on successful or failed post submissions.
