Empty TODO list in sidebar. `Better Todo Tree: spawn EFTYPE` error on refresh attempt

Observing the following issues:

• no TODOs displayed in extension sidebar regardless of view style
• getting error notification (Better Todo Tree: spawn EFTYPE) after Refresh button click or running refresh command

Seems to be the same issue as upstream. VSCode 1.122 changed the folder structure, such that ripgrep is in a different location than before. The extension can't find it anymore.

Remove from the settings any custom ripgrep path. Better todo trees handles it. Tested in 1.122.1 and 1.123.1. Please let me know if that didn't work; otherwise I'll close this issue in a week! @undeletable @HtoTheB

@FanaticPythoner Removing better-todo-tree.ripgrep.ripgrep addressed the issue for me (Better Todo Tree v1.1.20, VSCode v1.123.0). Thank you!
