Version 2.3.0 committed but not published to Gradle Plugin Portal

I noticed that the repository contains a version bump to 2.3.0, including the Kotlin plugin, but plugins.gradle.com still lists the latest release as 2.2.0. It seems the 2.3.0 version may not have been published to the Gradle Plugin Portal yet, or the publish step was missed. Just wanted to bring this up in case the release was intended to be available.
